DESCRIPTION:Lightning Round begins to close "live online" at 5PM on the 
 8th of July 2023... make sure you pre-bid if you can't watc
 h the lots close online.   Please text a  valid \, unexpire
 d photo ID pic to 336-222-9022 to be approved... you can not
  bid until that photo id text is received. Out of state resi
 dents may have a more difficult time to obtain a title becau
 se you will have to deal directly with the NC DMV. Please no
 te***Paper work is done through court system....sometimes it
 s fast and easy and sometimes it takes much longer(2 or more
  months).  Don't assume the title work will be instant. The
 se cars have been impounded and most have no key. The cars a
 re located at 700 Patton Avenue\, Greensboro\, NC 27406. You m
 ay look thru the fence to the left of building front to view
  cars\, but no entry inside fence until after auction and car
 s are paid for. You will get paperwork to receive a registra
 tion and a title if there is no lien present on the vehicle.
  If a lien is found\, you can register the car in your name\, 
 but will have to work with the lien holder to receive a tran
 sferable title. Lots are listed as lien\, no lien or unknown.
  Pleas look at the description to check the lien status. Per
 sonal Property without tiles are subject to NC Sales Tax. Ve
 hicles with Petition Paperwork may be delayed by court syste
 m.   Credit Card registration is proof you are a legitimate
  bidder.  There will be a hold placed on your card for $350
 .00.  THIS IS NOT A CHARGE.  The $350.00 will drop off whe
 n YOUR bank releases the hold.  Some banks hold it for 3 da
 ys some hold it for 10 days... but it will drop off your sta
 tement and you WILL NOT be charged unless you are a no show.
  ** We have recently had a lot of no-shows** If you bid and 
 don’t pay\, we will charge a $175.00 per lot administrative
  fee. If you don’t intend to pay it WILL COST YOU and you 
 WILL BE BANNED PERMANENTLY !! Cash only Sale. Although you m
 ust register with a credit card to prove you are a legitimat
 e bidder\, cards will only be charged in the event of a no sh
 ow. You MUST bring cash to pay for the cars. No Checks or Cr
 edit cards will be accepted. Items are sold as is where is\, 
 all sales are final. There are no warranties expressed\, writ
 ten\, or implied. All auction items must be picked up within 
 the stated number of days and payment is due upon pick up\, s
 ee our payment terms for details. 10% of the bid (Auction Fe
 e) plus $50.00 (Document Fee) added to the high bid of each 
 lot to equal total sales price. Most vehicles sold with Nort
 h Carolina DMV paperwork to obtain a title. If a lien is kno
 wn to exist... the lien disclosure will be listed in vehicle
 s additional description. "Bill of Sale" only -- If a lot de
 scription states bill of sale only --- no title paperwork is
  given\, therefor making titles unattainable in most cases Re
 moval and payment will be 10am-4pm Tuesday and Wednesday fol
 lowing the conclusion of sale on Saturday. Most cars DO NOT 
 have a key therefore the running and driving condition is un
 known. No repair work is allowed on lot. Engine size listed 
 is based on decoding the VIN number of vehicles\, no guaranty
  engine size correct\, picture of engine is added to vehicle 
 photos if possible. Vehicles can be viewed from outside of f
 ence only. If multiple cars are purchased the buyer must pay
  for all the vehicles purchased before entering lot to retri
 eve any purchased vehicles. Any cars not redeemed by 4PM on 
 the Wednesday after the sale will be considered forfeited an
 d the bidder will be fined and banned from bidding in future
  auctions. Fine is $175.00 per lot charged to the credit car
 d used to register for the auction. Cars that are paid for b
 ut not picked up by Friday at 4pm will incur additional stor
 age fees assessed by the impound lot and after 10 days consi
