  and sometimes it takes much longer(2 or more months).  Don
 't assume the title work will be instant. These cars have be
 en impounded and most have no key. The cars are located at 7
 00 Patton Avenue\, Greensboro\, NC 27406. You may look thru th
 e fence to the left of building front to view cars\, but no e
 ntry inside fence until after auction and cars are paid for.
  You will get paperwork to receive a registration and a titl
 e if there is no lien present on the vehicle. If a lien is f
 ound\, you can register the car in your name\, but will have t
 o work with the lien holder to receive a transferable title.
  Lots are listed as lien\, no lien or unknown. Pleas look at 
 the description to check the lien status. Personal Property 
 without tiles are subject to NC Sales Tax. Vehicles with Pet
 ition Paperwork may be delayed by court system.   Credit Ca
 rd registration is proof you are a legitimate bidder.  Ther
 e will be a hold placed on your card for $350.00.  THIS IS 
 NOT A CHARGE.  The $350.00 will drop off when YOUR bank rel
 eases the hold.  Some banks hold it for 3 days some hold it
  for 10 days... but it will drop off your statement and you 
 WILL NOT be charged unless you are a no show. ** We have rec
 ently had a lot of no-shows** If you bid and don’t pay\, we
  will charge a $175.00 per lot administrative fee. If you do
 n’t intend to pay it WILL COST YOU and you WILL BE BANNED

 the bid (Auction Fee) plus $50.00 (Document Fee) added to th
 e high bid of each lot to equal total sales price. 2% discou
 nt for wire transfers. Most vehicles sold with North Carolin
 a DMV paperwork to obtain a title. If a lien is known to exi
 st... the lien disclosure will be listed in vehicles additio
 nal description. "Bill of Sale" only -- If a lot description
  states bill of sale only --- no title paperwork is given\, t
 herefor making titles unattainable in most cases Removal and
  payment will be 10am-4pm Tuesday and Wednesday following th
 e conclusion of sale on Saturday. Most cars DO NOT have a ke
 y therefore the running and driving condition is unknown. No
  repair work is allowed on lot. Engine size listed is based 
 on decoding the VIN number of vehicles\, no guaranty engine s
 ize correct\, picture of engine is added to vehicle photos if
  possible. Vehicles can be viewed from outside of fence only
 . If multiple cars are purchased the buyer must pay for all 
 the vehicles purchased before entering lot to retrieve any p
 urchased vehicles. Any cars not redeemed by 4PM on the Wedne
 sday after the sale will be considered forfeited and the bid
 der will be fined and banned from bidding in future auctions
 . Fine is $175.00 per lot charged to the credit card used to
  register for the auction. Cars that are paid for but not pi
 cked up by Friday at 4pm will incur additional storage fees 
 assessed by the impound lot and after 10 days considered aba
