 online"  at 5PM on the 9th of January 2021... make sure y
 ou pre-bid if you can't watch the lots close online. These c
 ars have been impounded and most have no key. The cars are l
 ocated at 700 Patton Avenue\, Greensboro\, NC 27406. You may l
 ook thr  the fence on the to the left of building front to 
 view cars\, but no entry inside fence until after auction and
  cars are paid for. Cash only Sale. Although you must regist
 er with a credit card to prove you are a legitimate bidder\, 
 cards will only be charged in the event of a no show. You MU
 ST bring cash to pay for the cars. No Checks or Credit cards
  will be accepted. Items are sold as is where is\, all sales 
 are final. There are no warranties expressed\, written\, or im
 plied. All auction items must be picked up within the stated
  number of days and payment is due upon pick up\, see our pay
 ment terms for details. 10% of the bid (Auction Fee) plus $5
 0.00 (Document Fee) added to the high bid of each lot to equ
 al total sales price. Most vehicles sold with North Carolina
  DMV paperwork to obtain a title. If a lien is known to exis
 t... the lien disclosure will be listed in vehicles addition
 al description. "Bill of Sale" only -- If a lot description 
 states bill of sale only --- no title paperwork is given\, th
 erefor making titles unattainable in most cases Removal and 
 payment will be 10am-4pm Tuesday and Wednesday following the
  conclusion of sale on Saturday. Most cars DO NOT have a key
  therefore the running and driving condition is unknown. No 
 repair work is allowed on lot. Engine size listed is based o
 n decoding the VIN number of vehicles\, no guaranty engine si
 ze correct\, picture of engine is added to vehicle photos if 
 possible. Vehicles can be viewed from outside of fence only.
  If multiple cars are purchased the buyer must pay for all t
 he vehicles purchased before entering lot to retrieve any pu
 rchased vehicles. Any cars not redeemed by 4PM on the Wednes
 day after the sale will be considered forfeited and the bidd
 er will be fined and banned from bidding in future auctions.
  Fine is $175.00 per lot charged the the credit card used to
  register for the auction. Cars that are paid for but not pi
 cked up by Wednesday at 4pm will incur additional storage fe
 es assessed by the impound lot and after 10 days considered 
 abandoned.
