DESCRIPTION:The auction bidding (Lightning Round) begins to close "live 
 online" at 5PM on the 13th of February 2021... make sure yo
 u pre-bid if you can't watch the lots close online. These ca
 rs have been impounded and most have no key. The cars are lo
 cated at 700 Patton Avenue\, Greensboro\, NC 27406. You may lo
 ok thr the fence on the to the left of building front to vie
 w cars\, but no entry inside fence until after auction and ca
 rs are paid for. Cash only Sale. Although you must register 
 with a credit card to prove you are a legitimate bidder\, car
 ds will only be charged in the event of a no show. You MUST 
 bring cash to pay for the cars. No Checks or Credit cards wi
 ll be accepted. Items are sold as is where is\, all sales are
  final. There are no warranties expressed\, written\, or impli
 ed. All auction items must be picked up within the stated nu
 mber of days and payment is due upon pick up\, see our paymen
 t terms for details. 10% of the bid (Auction Fee) plus $50.0
 0 (Document Fee) added to the high bid of each lot to equal 
 total sales price. Most vehicles sold with North Carolina DM
 V paperwork to obtain a title. If a lien is known to exist..
 . the lien disclosure will be listed in vehicles additional 
 description. "Bill of Sale" only -- If a lot description sta
 tes bill of sale only --- no title paperwork is given\, there
 for making titles unattainable in most cases Removal and pay
 ment will be 10am-4pm Tuesday and Wednesday following the co
 nclusion of sale on Saturday. Most cars DO NOT have a key th
 erefore the running and driving condition is unknown. No rep
 air work is allowed on lot. Engine size listed is based on d
 ecoding the VIN number of vehicles\, no guaranty engine size 
 correct\, picture of engine is added to vehicle photos if pos
 sible. Vehicles can be viewed from outside of fence only. If
  multiple cars are purchased the buyer must pay for all the 
 vehicles purchased before entering lot to retrieve any purch
 ased vehicles. Any cars not redeemed by 4PM on the Wednesday
  after the sale will be considered forfeited and the bidder 
 will be fined and banned from bidding in future auctions. Fi
 ne is $175.00 per lot charged the the credit card used to re
 gister for the auction. Cars that are paid for but not picke
 d up by Friday at 4pm will incur additional storage fees ass
 essed by the impound lot and after 10 days considered abando
 ned.
