 k thr the fence on the to the left of building front to view
  cars\, but no entry inside fence until after auction and car
 s are paid for. Cash only Sale. Although you must register w
 ith a credit card to prove you are a legitimate bidder\, card
 s will only be charged in the event of a no show. You MUST b
 ring cash to pay for the cars. No Checks or Credit cards wil
 l be accepted. Items are sold as is where is\, all sales are 
 final. There are no warranties expressed\, written\, or implie
 d. All auction items must be picked up within the stated num
 ber of days and payment is due upon pick up\, see our payment
  terms for details. 10% of the bid (Auction Fee) plus $50.00
  (Document Fee) added to the high bid of each lot to equal t
 otal sales price. Most vehicles sold with North Carolina DMV

 ir work is allowed on lot. Engine size listed is based on de
 coding the VIN number of vehicles\, no guaranty engine size c
 orrect\, picture of engine is added to vehicle photos if poss
 ible. Vehicles can be viewed from outside of fence only. If 
 multiple cars are purchased the buyer must pay for all the v
 ehicles purchased before entering lot to retrieve any purcha
 sed vehicles. Any cars not redeemed by 4PM on the Wednesday 
 after the sale will be considered forfeited and the bidder w
 ill be fined and banned from bidding in future auctions. Fin
 e is $175.00 per lot charged the the credit card used to reg
 ister for the auction. Cars that are paid for but not picked
  up by Friday at 4pm will incur additional storage fees asse
 ssed by the impound lot and after 10 days considered abandon
 ed.
