 a credit card to prove you are a legitimate bidder\, cards wi
 ll only be charged in the event of a no show. You MUST bring
  cash to pay for the cars. No Checks or Credit cards will be
  accepted. Items are sold as is where is\, all sales are fina
 l. There are no warranties expressed\, written\, or implied. A
 ll auction items must be picked up within the stated number

 ms for details. 10% of the bid (Auction Fee) plus $50.00 (Do

 vehicles. Any cars not redeemed by 4PM on the Wednesday afte
 r the sale will be considered forfeited and the bidder will 
 be fined and banned from bidding in future auctions. Fine is
  $175.00 per lot charged the the credit card used to registe
 r for the auction. Cars that are paid for but not picked up 
 by Friday at 4pm will incur additional storage fees assessed
