 online" at 5PM on the 12thof June 2021... make sure you pre-
 bid if you can't watch the lots close online. These cars hav
 e been impounded and most have no key. The cars are located 
 at 700 Patton Avenue\, Greensboro\, NC 27406. You may look thr
  the fence on the to the left of building front to view cars
 \, but no entry inside fence until after auction and cars are
  paid for. Cash only Sale. Although you must register with a
  credit card to prove you are a legitimate bidder\, cards wil
 l only be charged in the event of a no show. You MUST bring 
 cash to pay for the cars. No Checks or Credit cards will be 
 accepted. Items are sold as is where is\, all sales are final
 . There are no warranties expressed\, written\, or implied. Al
 l auction items must be picked up within the stated number o
 f days and payment is due upon pick up\, see our payment term
 s for details. 10% of the bid (Auction Fee) plus $50.00 (Doc
 ument Fee) added to the high bid of each lot to equal total 
 sales price. Most vehicles sold with North Carolina DMV pape
 rwork to obtain a title. If a lien is known to exist... the 
 lien disclosure will be listed in vehicles additional descri
 ption. "Bill of Sale" only -- If a lot description states bi
 ll of sale only --- no title paperwork is given\, therefor ma
 king titles unattainable in most cases Removal and payment w
 ill be 10am-4pm Tuesday and Wednesday following the conclusi
 on of sale on Saturday. Most cars DO NOT have a key therefor
 e the running and driving condition is unknown. No repair wo
 rk is allowed on lot. Engine size listed is based on decodin
 g the VIN number of vehicles\, no guaranty engine size correc
 t\, picture of engine is added to vehicle photos if possible.
  Vehicles can be viewed from outside of fence only. If multi
 ple cars are purchased the buyer must pay for all the vehicl
 es purchased before entering lot to retrieve any purchased v
 ehicles. Any cars not redeemed by 4PM on the Wednesday after
  the sale will be considered forfeited and the bidder will b
 e fined and banned from bidding in future auctions. Fine is 
 $175.00 per lot charged the the credit card used to register
  for the auction. Cars that are paid for but not picked up b
 y Friday at 4pm will incur additional storage fees assessed 
 by the impound lot and after 10 days considered abandoned. Â
