  are made by the undersigned as to the condition of the Pers
 onal Property or any improvements thereon. There will be a p
 review and inspection time for Personal Property on the 28th
  day of August\, 2021 from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. at 2790
  Old 87\, Elon\, North Carolina 27244.   At the conclusion of
  the sale\, an invoice will for each item sold will be provid
 ed by email or otherwise to the highest bidder therefor. The
  highest bidder for each item at the sale shall be required\,
  upon conclusion of the sale\, to pay for each such item in c
 ash\, approved check or credit card in the amount of the purc
 hase price bid\, and shall be required to pay the balance of 
 the purchase price in full and pick up the items purchased n
 o later than September 10\, 2021.   The sale is also subject
  to such other terms as may be announced by auctioneer the d
 ay of the sale and which may be provided online or in print 
 by the auctioneer.   Successful bidders will be responsible
  for picking up Personal Property purchased at the Auction e
