DESCRIPTION:Lightning Round begins to close "live online" at 5PM on the 
 12th of February 2022... make sure you pre-bid if you can't 
 watch the lots close online. These cars have been impounded 
 and most have no key. The cars are located at 700 Patton Ave
 nue\, Greensboro\, NC 27406. You may look thru the fence to th
 e left of building front to view cars\, but no entry inside f
 ence until after auction and cars are paid for. You will get
  paperwork to receive a registration and a title if there is
  no lien present on the vehicle. If a lien is found\, you can
  register the car in your name\, but will have to work with t
 he lien holder to receive a transferable title. Lots are lis
 ted as lien\, no lien or unknown. Pleas look at the descripti
 on to check the lien status. Personal Property without tiles
  are subject to NC Sales Tax. Vehicles with Petition Paperwo
 rk may be delayed by court system. ** We have recently had a
  lot of no-shows** If you bid and don’t pay\, we will charg
 e a $175.00 per lot administrative fee. If you don’t inten
 d to pay it WILL COST YOU and you WILL BE BANNED PERMANENTLY

  card to prove you are a legitimate bidder\, cards will only 
 be charged in the event of a no show. You MUST bring cash to
  pay for the cars. No Checks or Credit cards will be accepte
 d. Items are sold as is where is\, all sales are final. There
  are no warranties expressed\, written\, or implied. All aucti
 on items must be picked up within the stated number of days 
 and payment is due upon pick up\, see our payment terms for d
 etails. 10% of the bid (Auction Fee) plus $50.00 (Document F
 ee) added to the high bid of each lot to equal total sales p
 rice. Most vehicles sold with North Carolina DMV paperwork t
 o obtain a title. If a lien is known to exist... the lien di
 sclosure will be listed in vehicles additional description. 
 "Bill of Sale" only -- If a lot description states bill of s
 ale only --- no title paperwork is given\, therefor making ti
 tles unattainable in most cases Removal and payment will be 
 10am-4pm Tuesday and Wednesday following the conclusion of s
 ale on Saturday. Most cars DO NOT have a key therefore the r
 unning and driving condition is unknown. No repair work is a
 llowed on lot. Engine size listed is based on decoding the V
 IN number of vehicles\, no guaranty engine size correct\, pict
 ure of engine is added to vehicle photos if possible. Vehicl
 es can be viewed from outside of fence only. If multiple car
 s are purchased the buyer must pay for all the vehicles purc
 hased before entering lot to retrieve any purchased vehicles
 . Any cars not redeemed by 4PM on the Wednesday after the sa
 le will be considered forfeited and the bidder will be fined
  and banned from bidding in future auctions. Fine is $175.00
  per lot charged to the credit card used to register for the
  auction. Cars that are paid for but not picked up by Friday
  at 4pm will incur additional storage fees assessed by the i
