DESCRIPTION:Lightning Round begins to close "live online" at 5PM on the 
 9th of April 2022... make sure you pre-bid if you can't watc
 h the lots close online. These cars have been impounded and 
 most have no key. The cars are located at 700 Patton Avenue\,
  Greensboro\, NC 27406. You may look thru the fence to the le
 ft of building front to view cars\, but no entry inside fence
  until after auction and cars are paid for. You will get pap
 erwork to receive a registration and a title if there is no 
 lien present on the vehicle. If a lien is found\, you can reg
 ister the car in your name\, but will have to work with the l
 ien holder to receive a transferable title. Lots are listed 
 as lien\, no lien or unknown. Pleas look at the description t
 o check the lien status. Personal Property without tiles are
  subject to NC Sales Tax. Vehicles with Petition Paperwork m
 ay be delayed by court system. ** We have recently had a lot
  of no-shows** If you bid and don’t pay\, we will charge a 
 $175.00 per lot administrative fee. If you don’t intend to
  pay it WILL COST YOU and you WILL BE BANNED PERMANENTLY !! 
 Cash only Sale. Although you must register with a credit car
 d to prove you are a legitimate bidder\, cards will only be c
 harged in the event of a no show. You MUST bring cash to pay
  for the cars. No Checks or Credit cards will be accepted. I
 tems are sold as is where is\, all sales are final. There are
  no warranties expressed\, written\, or implied. All auction i
 tems must be picked up within the stated number of days and 
 payment is due upon pick up\, see our payment terms for detai
 ls. 10% of the bid (Auction Fee) plus $50.00 (Document Fee) 
 added to the high bid of each lot to equal total sales price
 . Most vehicles sold with North Carolina DMV paperwork to ob
 tain a title. If a lien is known to exist... the lien disclo
 sure will be listed in vehicles additional description. "Bil
 l of Sale" only -- If a lot description states bill of sale 
 only --- no title paperwork is given\, therefor making titles
  unattainable in most cases Removal and payment will be 10am
 -4pm Tuesday and Wednesday following the conclusion of sale 
 on Saturday. Most cars DO NOT have a key therefore the runni
 ng and driving condition is unknown. No repair work is allow
 ed on lot. Engine size listed is based on decoding the VIN n
 umber of vehicles\, no guaranty engine size correct\, picture 
 of engine is added to vehicle photos if possible. Vehicles c
 an be viewed from outside of fence only. If multiple cars ar
 e purchased the buyer must pay for all the vehicles purchase
 d before entering lot to retrieve any purchased vehicles. An
 y cars not redeemed by 4PM on the Wednesday after the sale w
 ill be considered forfeited and the bidder will be fined and
  banned from bidding in future auctions. Fine is $175.00 per
  lot charged to the credit card used to register for the auc
 tion. Cars that are paid for but not picked up by Friday at 
 4pm will incur additional storage fees assessed by the impou
