DESCRIPTION:Lightning Round begins to close "live online" at 5PM on the 
 11th of February 2023... make sure you pre-bid if you can't 
 watch the lots close online.   Please text a  valid \, unex
 pired photo ID pic to 336-222-9022 to be approved... you can
  not bid until that photo id text is received. Out of state 
 residents may have a more difficult time to obtain a title b
 ecause you will have to deal directly with the NC DMV. These
  cars have been impounded and most have no key. The cars are
  located at 700 Patton Avenue\, Greensboro\, NC 27406. You may
  look thru the fence to the left of building front to view c
 ars\, but no entry inside fence until after auction and cars 
 are paid for. You will get paperwork to receive a registrati
 on and a title if there is no lien present on the vehicle. I
 f a lien is found\, you can register the car in your name\, bu
 t will have to work with the lien holder to receive a transf
 erable title. Lots are listed as lien\, no lien or unknown. P
 leas look at the description to check the lien status. Perso
 nal Property without tiles are subject to NC Sales Tax. Vehi
 cles with Petition Paperwork may be delayed by court system.
    Credit Card registration is proof you are a legitimate b
 idder.  There will be a hold placed on your card for $350.0
 0.  THIS IS NOT A CHARGE.  The $350.00 will drop off when 
 YOUR bank releases the hold.  Some banks hold it for 3 days
  some hold it for 10 days... but it will drop off your state
 mennt and you WILL NOT be charged unless you are a no show.

 ) plus $50.00 (Document Fee) added to the high bid of each l
 ot to equal total sales price. Most vehicles sold with North
  Carolina DMV paperwork to obtain a title. If a lien is know
 n to exist... the lien disclosure will be listed in vehicles
  additional description. "Bill of Sale" only -- If a lot des
 cription states bill of sale only --- no title paperwork is 
 given\, therefor making titles unattainable in most cases Rem
 oval and payment will be 10am-4pm Tuesday and Wednesday foll
 owing the conclusion of sale on Saturday. Most cars DO NOT h
 ave a key therefore the running and driving condition is unk
 nown. No repair work is allowed on lot. Engine size listed i
 s based on decoding the VIN number of vehicles\, no guaranty 
 engine size correct\, picture of engine is added to vehicle p
 hotos if possible. Vehicles can be viewed from outside of fe
 nce only. If multiple cars are purchased the buyer must pay 
 for all the vehicles purchased before entering lot to retrie
 ve any purchased vehicles. Any cars not redeemed by 4PM on t
 he Wednesday after the sale will be considered forfeited and
  the bidder will be fined and banned from bidding in future 
 auctions. Fine is $175.00 per lot charged to the credit card
  used to register for the auction. Cars that are paid for bu
 t not picked up by Friday at 4pm will incur additional stora
 ge fees assessed by the impound lot and after 10 days consid
