Lightning Round begins to close "live online" at 5PM on the 2nd Saturday each month... make sure you pre-bid if you can't watch the lots close online. Please text a valid, unexpired photo ID pic to 336-222-9022 to be approved... you cannot bid until that photo id text is received. 15% for Cash or 10% for wire transfers. The wiring information will be emailed, and the invoice amount adjusted if the bidder elects to do wire transfer. You will be contacted by phone on Saturday shortly after receiving your invoice to choose wire or cash payment. If you choose wire, your transfer must be submitted on Monday after the sale concludes by 5pm in order to pick up  purchases on Tuesday...no Monday pick-ups. If paying by cash you must pay in person at 700 Patton Avenue, Greensboro, NC 27406 on Tuesday following the sale from 9am until 4pm. Out of state residents may have a more difficult time obtaining a title because you will have to deal directly with the NC DMV. Please note***Paperwork is done through court system. Sometimes it’s fast and easy and sometimes it takes much longer (2 or more months).  Don't assume the title work will be instant.  If you are rude, mean or disrespectful to any Kirk Sineath employee you will be banned. The cars must be placed in the bidders name...no exceptions. These cars have been impounded and most have no key. The cars are located at Kirk Sineath 700 Patton Avenue, Greensboro, NC 27406 and their sister company Battleground Wrecker at 6204 NC Hwy 62 South in Burlington, NC 27215. You may look thru the fence to the left of building front to view cars, but no entry inside fence until after auction and cars are paid for. You will get paperwork to receive a registration and a title if there is no lien present on the vehicle. If a lien is found, you can register the car in your name, but will have to work with the lien holder to receive a transferable title. Lots are listed as possible lien, no lien found or lien status unknown. Please look at the description to check the lien status. Personal Property without titles is subject to NC Sales Tax. Vehicles with Petition Paperwork may be delayed by the court system.   Although you must register with a credit card to prove you are a legitimate bidder, cards will only be charged in the event of a no show. You MUST bring cash to pay for the cars unless you submit a wire transfer on Monday prior to pick up. No Checks or Credit cards will be accepted. Credit Card registration is proof you are a legitimate bidder.  There will be a hold placed on your card for $350.00.  THIS IS NOT A CHARGE.  The $350.00 will drop off when YOUR bank releases the hold.  Some banks hold it for 3 days some hold it for 10 days... but it will drop off your statement and you WILL NOT be charged unless you are a no show.  If you bid and don’t pay, we will charge a $175.00 per lot administrative fee. If you don’t intend to pay it WILL COST YOU and you WILL BE BANNED PERMANENTLY !! Items are sold as is where is, all sales are final. There are no warranties expressed, written, or implied. All auction items must be picked up within the stated number of days and payment is due upon pick up, see our payment terms for details. 15% of the bid (Auction Fee) plus $50.00 (Document Fee) added to the high bid of each lot to equal total sales price. 5% discount for wire transfers. Most vehicles sold with North Carolina DMV paperwork to obtain a title. If a lien is known to exist... the lien disclosure will be listed in vehicles additional description. "Bill of Sale" only -- If a lot description states bill of sale only --- no title paperwork is given, therefore making titles unattainable in most cases Most cars DO NOT have a key therefore the running and driving condition is unknown. No repair work is allowed on lot. Engine size listed is based on decoding the VIN number of vehicles, no guaranty engine size correct, picture of engine is added to vehicle photos if possible. If multiple cars are purchased the buyer must pay for all the vehicles purchased before entering lot to retrieve any purchased vehicles. **Cars that are paid for but not picked up by Friday at 4pm will incur additional storage fees assessed by the impound lot and after 10 days considered abandoned.**
