These cars have been impounded and most have no key. The cars are located at 700 Patton Avenue, Greensboro, NC 27406. You may look thru the fence to the left of building front to view cars, but no entry inside fence until after auction and cars are paid for. You will get paperwork to receive a registration and a title if there is no lien present on the vehicle. If a lien is found, you can register the car in your name, but will have to work with the lien holder to receive a transferable title. Lots are listed as lien, no lien or unknown. Pleas look at the description to check the lien status. Personal Property without tiles are subject to NC Sales Tax. Vehicles with Petition Paperwork may be delayed by court system. ** We have recently had a lot of no-shows** If you bid and don’t pay, we will charge a $175.00 per lot administrative fee. If you don’t intend to pay it WILL COST YOU and you WILL BE BANNED PERMANENTLY !! Cash only Sale. Although you must register with a credit card to prove you are a legitimate bidder, cards will only be charged in the event of a no show. You MUST bring cash to pay for the cars. No Checks or Credit cards will be accepted. Items are sold as is where is, all sales are final. There are no warranties expressed, written, or implied. "Bill of Sale" only -- If a lot description states bill of sale only --- no title paperwork is given, therefor making titles unattainable in most cases Removal and payment will be 10am-4pm Tuesday and Wednesday following the conclusion of sale on Saturday. Most cars DO NOT have a key therefore the running and driving condition is unknown. No repair work is allowed on lot. Engine size listed is based on decoding the VIN number of vehicles, no guaranty engine size correct, picture of engine is added to vehicle photos if possible. Vehicles can be viewed from outside of fence only. If multiple cars are purchased the buyer must pay for all the vehicles purchased before entering lot to retrieve any purchased vehicles. Any cars not redeemed by 4PM on the Wednesday after the sale will be considered forfeited and the bidder will be fined and banned from bidding in future auctions. Fine is $175.00 per lot charged to the credit card used to register for the auction. Cars that are paid for but not picked up by Friday at 4pm will incur additional storage fees assessed by the impound lot and after 10 days considered abandoned. ESCROW: All monies collected on sale day will be placed in the administrator’s Trust Account. POSSESSION: Purchaser shall receive possession of property the after-recordation date of closing. CONFIRMATION: Sale is subject to seller clerk of court conformation. SURVEY: All property will be surveyed or conveyed by the deed/plat of record. If a survey is required, the following terms will apply: All survey fees are between the buyer and the surveyor. Any additional work is between the buyer and the surveyor. Neither Eagle Auction Professionals nor the seller represents the survey in any way. The sale plat has been derived from tax maps taken from the County Tax Office. The tract layout was done by Eagle Auction representatives and is believed to be correct, but not guaranteed to be so.
