You will get paperwork to receive a registration and a title if there is no lien present on the vehicle. If a lien is found, you can register the car in your name, but will have to work with the lien holder to receive a transferable title. Lots are listed as lien, no lien or unknown. Pleas look at the description to check the lien status. Personal Property without tiles are subject to NC Sales Tax. Vehicles can be viewed from outside of fence only. If multiple cars are purchased the buyer must pay for all the vehicles purchased before entering lot to retrieve any purchased vehicles. Any cars not redeemed by 4PM on the Wednesday after the sale will be considered forfeited and the bidder will be fined and banned from bidding in future auctions.
